Waitewheta track closed.
Just letting everyone know that Waitewheta track will be closed on Wed 13th Feb for approx 2 weeks for further track work to be done. It is the loop gates that will be closed to do work suggested by DOC to ensure the continued use of this track is avaiiable to all 4WDs. The South Waikato 4WD club will be supplying the dozer and manpower but anyone is welcome to come up and help. The track is not being made a highway, we are just helping to manage the waterways. i will post once the track is open again.
