get some rated recovery hooks on it and some recovery gear if you havent already done so and being in Chch you better stick a snorkle on it then grab some mates and go out and start learning how to drive it how to get stuck how not to get stuck how to get it out when it is stuck and how to keep it on its wheels and not on its side or its roof and how to keep it from sinking in the water and everything else you need to do to it will come naturally without even having to ask Image

Haha will go out this weekend, I've got some recovery gear. With the tow hooks there are two on the front bullbar will these work? And also can I use my toe bar ?

usually the drawbar and tounge are strong enough to recover off but not the towball itself, go find someone that can stick some hooks on the back for you it'll make life much easier

Just wondering if 30 9.5 r15 are the same as 235 75 r15 and if I could use one set at the front and the other size at the back ?

Hi,
Maybe check out some of the chch 4wd clubs. Will be some good advice and graded trips to get you into 4wding.
