Hi
just got back from setting the course with valley club, we think it is a good range of hazards, bogs up and down hill, speed sections, cross ups, a couple of sidlings, just enough to challenge the vehicles with little chance of damage ( hopefully) and a couple of entertaining ones............

scrut at 830 on site, can enter on the day but make sure you have helmets, wof and rego

see ya there

Pedro

well you were in the spotlight all day scoring...

bloody good day, no rollovers, 2-3 dnfs, technical course, not necessarily difficult, one hazard, ALL the stock trucks cleared it, and not one modified managed to get past the 80, that's in our group....... to funny for words...

Sadam will fill you in on this...

Top event put on by Valley 4wd club, you guys got the right combination setting the hazzards as they should be for an entry level grass roots event that made it a pretty level playing field whether your in a little shopping basket truck or something modified and still road legal, everything took more smart and technical thinking than horsepower and nailing everything hence most of the standard trucks putt-ing around all the pegs and coming back out the blues while the rest of us were flattening all the pegs at the back at the start, or getting lost or fawking stuff up and generally chewing the course up..... I dont want to see the results :x :?

ended up with a few broken bits as did quite a few others, not sure how long I had the broken axle for I did most of those afternoon mud runs and hill climbs with the rear diff lock in and found I had no drive when I clicked everything out and took it out of 4wd at the end of the event :x

Thanks again to all the Valley guys and their helpers etc for hosting and running the event Image
