Bike Adaptions for Injured Bikers

hey all,
just wondering if anyone else out there is riding a bike with an amputation?
strange question i know, but, i lost my left arm in a bike crash a few years ago and want to get back on a bike.
the difficulty is getting a bike adapted properly. in the UK i can buy this sort of stuff off the shelf, but its cost permitting to buy them with the kiwi dollar.
something like this http://www.nabd.org.uk/adaptions/westperformance.htm
is what im after.
anyone else done this or know of someone and can get me some details/pictures of what has been used.
cheers
