Series 2A rear spring shackle bush

Hi,

I am replacing the spring bushes on my S2A Landrover and I cannot find any bushes to fit the rear shackle on the chassis? all the shops tell me that a 30mm OD bush should fit but I cant see how, the hole seems to measure only 27mm??

If anyone knows where I could get these bushes or has had this problem as well please help me,
