Air intake leaking

Ive got a 1993 surf, the air intake pipe just before the turbo has a crack in it more like a hole ( it is the 90 degree bend) what affect would this have on my truck and how quickly do I need to fix this?

Suck in dirty air... and possibly water....

Yea that's kinda what I thought, would it have any performance issues tho?

Nah, I know of prople who have run trucks with nothing on the turbo....
You could see the compressor spinning....
