185 surf lift suggestions

Post by wildplumdx »

i've just got a 185 surf and was wondering how to go about lifting it.
which springs are best for the money ? i've had good experience with dobis springs in the past in cars not 4wd's but how do they stack up in 4wd scene ?

don't really want to spend anymore than 1g lifting less if poss

also i have an old ln130 that has red lift spring in there rear not sure what brand, that i could take out if there any good for the 185 ?

opinions ?

cheers guys

With the 185 you will need an airbag compliant bullbar. Try Ironman they look good and probably the cheapest new

Also try the MCC bars, look good on a 185 but I have no idea of quality.
You can call me for all sorts of 185 info if necessary (done lots of 185 suspension and bar research):
