Unless you can get a new rubber (which would be dealer only) you only have a couple of options. Try and find a similar profile rubber which you can substitute.
Try these guys
http://www.basisnz.co.nz
Another option is to seal the sunroof shut. Mask it off leaving about 3-5mm either side of the gap and fill it up. If you are going to use silicone make sure its the non-acetic type (no smell, the acetic silicone smells like vinegar) acetic silicone will eat into the steel and make it rust real fast. You can use a trowel to smooth it off then remove masking (before it sets

) and as long as your masking is up to spec it should look tidy. But by doing this you wont be able to open the sunroof anymore, although it wont leak either
Or you could try and find a good second hand glass with rubber, don't try and remove the rubber, it is fitted to the glass and then the glass is glued in place, so trying to remove it will rip the rubber. The glass is held in place with two 10mm bolts/nuts on either side normally hidden under a plastic cover. sometimes you'll find shims under these bolts that help get the glass level with the roof.
Good luck with it, if you have a couple of clues you can't go to wrong.

thanks for the advice, found a rubber that looks similar [out of stock]
mity pj with sunroofs have same rubber trim on their one two my other problem with the rubber breaking up is the wind noise over the tyre noise
filling it in is a last option

You just check this string to take a shot at the Nissans, me thinks,

did one do something really nasty to you in a previous life?
Great piece of witt , might have been a bit subtle for some of our North Island friends though, remind my Isuzu not to piss you off!!!!
