WTD: 30x9.5 or 31x10.5 tyres x5

Hi guys, looking for a set of 5 tyres, must be at least 30" tall actual height, not stated size, as new truck has a set of 30x9.5 but they only measure 28" tall and it revs too high on the road. AT's would be preferable as already have a set of mud tyres for offroad use. Would be even better if they had Suzuki stud pattern rims fitted but tyres only is fine,
