Been looking round my new toy today and noticed the driver side front bump stop is completely missing. Are these bolt on?

Single centre bolt and nut holds it on, under the top cap that is held on with 3 screws.

I've got one from a Y60/ GQ , and also I've got a pair of Rear landcruiser 80 Series bumpstops that "bolt in place" ( Check what the Aussies say about it on the net) .
My driver Side one had fallen out of place, the bolted on plate was still on, but the rubber had fallen out
