pto winch on pajero

hey I have a pto winch on a 1988 mitsi pajero that doesn't work I was told the share pin was stuffed where do I find this and how to get it going again?

Follow the drive shaft for the winch to the joint at the winch.. There you will see a little hole (if the old shear pin has fallen out) remove old pin... Align holes and insert new shear pin...
