93 V6 Surf running rich

I recently had to put a new air flow meter in my surf and now the truck is running super rich, I have just done 100km and used half a tank of petrol when I used to get about 175km per half... any ideas whats going on ?

Possible broken wire that is in the loom to the AFM.. I was checking my truck the other day and it was only luck that I pulled the casing around the wires and I had a broken one .. trucks going much better now..
This was trying to diagnose the hydro fan not working.. yet another wire pulled out of the plug..lol Maybe shouldn't too harsh on it..lol

Took it to Motorworks today and they managed to track it to a short in the air flow meter so have picked up another which I'll chuck in tomorrow morning and see how we go... I managed a whole 200km to a tank of fuel, a new personal best
