Hi All,

Was talking to the guys on the trip up worsleys today and I've decided to keep the photo albums as they are Full Access to all members and create a second photo gallery with the enhanced features inlcuding GPS tagged photos. Much simpler and everyones happy

I like this idea as well Mike, but can you clean up the empty albums in some way? It seems lately that people are creating albums and leaving them empty in the user’s pictures area.
After having a go for the first time with my Worsleys Spur album, I understand that you have to work through getting the photos on as it's not a simple two step plan, but it seems a few have given up and not deleted the empty ones, I see even some have got empty sub albums in them!
Any help in cleaning up the album would be great.
Your instructions for posting photos are good but could maybe do with a tweek.
I think people are getting stuck between creating an album and up loading photos.
If you don’t have any spare time at the moment I can put together something for you if it helps, I like instructions and screen dumps

Think I'll take you up on that idea, normally I go in and delete all the empty ones, but I havnt been in there for a few days/week as I have been busy with work and the LR. If you could take some screen shots of the process that would be quite helpfull. I believe they get stuck by the popup blockers blocking the popup for adding photos.

Then email them to me at mike@ore.co.nz and ill put them in the instructions.

Yip I agree, just had another look at the instructions and they do look simple when you have done it before but the pop up blocking did catch me to start with now that I think back.
I will put something together and E-Mail it to you.

Boy thats quick service, just went to check the albums again and WOW all cleaned up.

Cheers for that. I just deleted all those emptys

Can you also show one about changing the title, ie "edit title" not "rename album" option(only changes url name)
