either normal wednesday night at parrot n jigger in lower hutt at 7.30pm
or possibly at RW on the saturday night followed by sunday trip somewhere

Skid, you need a snickers - your mean when you are hungry.
We HAVE to give 30 days notice, so it WILL NOT BE HAPPENING ON THE 1st, it needs to be on a Friday, the 10th or 17th of May are Fridays as this allows for out of townees to come if they want too... we can then have a trip after in either Rallywoods of Red Rocks.

If you read the rules you will probably find that putting notice on an open forum like this is not deemed proper notification. Notice needs to go to the members directly in writing.

Who gives a fcuk what the incorporated societies rules are etc etc etc
Its our club so lets run it our way
Not that I really care coz I am leaving anyway and if this bullshite continues I probably wont even turn up to the AGM.
Yes Reece I have had my snickers this morning and washed it down with coffee. Didnt help much

The club is those finanical members (the ones that paid their current membership to belong) and its the members that vote on and approve the rules.
There are some basic rules that must be abided though to be an incorporated society but rest is decided by the members.
Actually come to think of it wasn't Kiwi 4x4 set up for those people who didn't want to join a club as they didn't like the the club structure/format?
As its a club thing it should not be on open forum but dealt and notified within the club and its members only.
But hey, its gives us some entertainment mean time ...............
especially when toys are being thrown .............

Your resignation has not been submitted in accordance with the rules laid out by the Incorporated Societies and Clubs, so therefore is invalid.
Why is club business being discussed in an open setting? this should be done on the clubs website or the facebook page.

righto after all the bickering etc etc we have got absolutely nowhere with a date for the AGM so I have a solution..............
I will make it quite bloody simple really............It seems that the consensus want to bow down to this Inc societies crowd and give the 30 days notice for an AGM, then our pres comes along and gives 2 options of dates to which feck all folks reply. Well its well within the 30 days for those 2 options now as well, so as I see it theres only 1 solution, and here it is ..........
The Kiwi 4x4 Club Inc AGM for 2013 will be held at 7.30pm in the side room of the Parrot n Jigger Bar in Lower Hutt at 7.30pm on the 5th June 2013.
