Does anyone know any tips or tricks to fix rear windows slipping off the rail that moves it up and down?
My KZJ78's rear windows have both slipped off the rail when opening the window.
It seems the only option is to glue the glass back onto the plastic clip part of the rail...

Re: Electric windows slipping off
best you can do is to try re-gluing them back on
the issue on why they are coming off needs to be sorted out tho as it may well just pull the new glue apart'
i found that with my old cruisers that i play with, is the rubber got hard and started pinching the glass, i tried silicon spray which worked for a bit, in the end i cut the rubber which made the glass loose but at least it went down when i wanted to

Re: Electric windows slipping off
I would take the glass and the mount into a windscreen shop and get them to glue them back together with the 2 pac glue they glue rear view mirrors on with. Or just take ya truck in with door trims off
Would also give you a chance to clean out the rubbers then try some spray Dry Glide on them

I had the same problem and came to the conclusion that the water sitting soaking on the rubber was not helpful (most likely made its way there during river crossings/bog holes as it was slimy dirty siht. Pulled it all apart, cleaned it, dried it and put it back together with some form of strong glue (can't remember exactly what it was) and it seems to be doing the trick.
