hey all, just the other day was cruising round down at the river over from home, theres a couple of tracks down there I made. any way next in the truck off to take the kiddies to school and noticed a sizeable shake/wooble coming from FL wheel, so went back home jacked it up and found I could move the wheel in and out about 10mm :!: :!: :!: :( truck has just had new wheel bearings both sides and everything else in and round there. Qs I have is do you think a worn inner tie rod or idler arm would cause this much movement :?: I have taken complete steerin out and there is no real sign of fuckness :D could even just the slightest movement in ball joint cause it :?: and dose the idle arm have a ball joint on the end? mine looks mint as and just like a ball joint but I can put a ring spanner on it and cant move it one bit! any help appreciated a lot cheers luke

Shooting from the hip....cause the wheel bearings had been done...check those lock nuts again !!... Don't drive it anywhere until you sort it.

What truck is it...Beam axle or IFS..
Beam axle...If the wheel bearings are tight then check the swivel hub bearings.. and or the bolts / studs which hold on the arms.

Get a mate to look under the truck while you shake it....

Dont know much about the toy IFS but I would put a pry bar between every joint and see what moves....

I think when there is no weight on the wheel (jacked up) it can load the ball joints and make them feel tight....

Put it up on some ramps or similar and shake and watch
