TD42T Build- Advice/Recommendations please

Hi Guys, I have owned my SWB Patrol for about a year and had a lot of fun with it. it was a td42+t running about 20psi & fuel wound right up, twin lockers & 35" Simex.. It went great until I cooked the motor due to a faulty Temp gauge
!!
I have sourced genuine TD42T!!! which has been striped and taken down to DTA in hamilton for a quick look under the head> new gaskets & water pump to be on the safe side. I am planing on having them Modify the injector pump with 1hdt head etc.
My question to you is#
1. Who is a pro when it comes to building reliable hight HP td42's with experience
2.Turbo recommendations?
3.Top mount recommendations
4. does any one know what can be done to the head "porting/flowing wise"
5.Turbo manifold recommendations? "SINKO" have quoted me $800 ish
I am trying to do this as cheep as possible but @ the same time will fork out for proven genuine goods.
