I rang 4wdbits on Friday and ordered some bits. An hour later I had an email saying everything was confirmed and packed, waiting on courier to collect. An hour after that I had an email with courier details and not only the tracking number but a link so with one click I knew where my items were. Saturday morning they were in my hands.

Not hard to do but above and beyond what most places would bother to do.

Also when you ring and talk to them they are super helpful (and patient).

only ever had the same service told him we needed 100m of winch rope for a couple of winch comp trucks, he did me a sharp deal on it that i had to go back and get another 30mts exelent to deal with.

Can definitly agree with you, any time i have called warren for parts advice, best way to go about things he has been super helpfull, even when nothing was brought, hes a top bloke, very knowledgeable.

Can say the exact same. Nothing but awesome service.

Example: I bought an air compressor from 4WDbits, and the pressure gauge had filled with moisture and was unresponsive. Next day a new one was in the post.

Will be sad to ever see top notch service like this lost in the future.
