SJ413 Drag link

The ball joint at my pitman arm end of the draglink on my 413 is a bit buggered and now after rebuilding the swivel hubs, kingpins etc it seems to be showing a bit more slop with the extra resistance of working bearings and seals 
Anybody know if these are serviceable? can only find the entire draglink on ebay with joint built in http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Drag-Link-Suzuki-Sierra-Maruti-Narrow-Track-/261046066981
