As i'm sure there are a lot of you keen suzuki owners out there running 31 x 10.5 on your trucks, Could yous please leave a quick message here an tell me what offset rims you're use an weather you're get much rub would be greatly appreciated...

15 x 8 rims, -19 offset. 31" BFG KM2's. 3" + 3" lift, some guard trimming, no rubbing so far...

No idea what standard was.

15x7 rims (don't feel 8" is necessary for 31s), 31" GT Adventuro muds on about 1inch neg offset, and 31" Super Swampers on 0 offset. Both tire/rim combos give a little rub inside guards on high upward flexing, with footwells beaten back and minor front wheelarch trimming.

Yeah man, BL in this weekend :) .

Wanting some mud tires an figured if i'm going to fork out for a new set ill go for a full mud tire (MT 117) an not a MT type.

Hopefully with the combination of stuff i'v done so far of lift, inner guard manipulation, an bump stops, now looking for the right offset so fingers crossed too have no or very minimal rubbing.

How your truck going ?

Ill give ya a text when we going up the beach next for a play...

Negative offset sticks out further than zero offset. Offset is the measurement of how far away from centre the hub mounting face is. Zero is centre, positive offset is mount towards the outside, neg offset is mount towards the inside, therefore the wheel is positioned further outwards as offset decreases (goes more negative).

Of course 7 inch rims should require 1/2 inch less offset than an 8" rim too.

Hey Clay. V6 rims are +25mm offset, GV rims look like they're 0mm offset. Hard to get good info on this.

Hey Win, Cheers man. It was hard to find good info in the offsets of standard rims. GV 16" rims are +5 offset, so i reckon the 0 offset steel rim on trademe will work ??? Fingers crossed

Interesting. I thi k your right, they should be real similar to what you have now. I think gv rims are 6.5" wide so 7" with a 0 offset is close.
