Re: Anyone know what its off?
I don't think its Land Rover.
Similar to a Salisbury diff but the pinion is all wrong and has cables that look like hand brake cable and Land Rover never had a handbrake on the wheels.
Axles ends/drive flange are also wrong for Land Rover.
Other than that not sure what it could be.

Re: Anyone know what its off?
Looking at pics on ph so hard to see, but no solid axle landys had centred rear diff head, always offset to right
Re: Anyone know what its off?
only reason i thought land rover was the stud pattern. Who knows, oh well, might just scrap it.
Re: Anyone know what its off?
Have to be jeep. Ask around, hate to scrap potential "rare" running gear
Re: Anyone know what its off?
Do you have a photo of the diff from the back.

Re: Anyone know what its off?
Yeah it could be any mid to large size car, van or ute as well.
You need to find some markings on it.

Re: Anyone know what its off?
here's some more pics. I think PCD is 5 x 153 as accurate as my measuring tape is.
Re: Anyone know what its off?

Re: Anyone know what its off?
I can't find anything with 5 on 153 PCD. There are 5 on 150 (http://www.wheel-fitment.com/PCD/5x150/110/) or 5 on 155 (Bentley).
I am sure this isn't from a Bentley
