Prado locked diff

Hey guys first time poster here. Im having an issuse with my rear factory locker. I flick the switch to turn it on and i just get the flashing light on the dash. Any clues or ideas would be awesome cheers

Have you checked if actuator motor getting power to it? Or does it make wirring sound suggesting it does? Is it selecting into 4x4 fully? (I don't know if locker engages in 2wd or not?)
