I bought this recently... we don't get on so it is time for it to go.

Truth be told it is/was a bit of a lemon and I don't like it enough to spend any more time on it :/

Replaced today: Alternator and Battery with new units.

Replaced recently: Plugs, Leads, Fuel Filter, Oil Filter (and oil)

Wof and Reg for ages

2.4L Z24 Petrol

Manual

Shitty paint over reasonable base

Surprisingly little rust

Clutch/Gearbox etc all feels good

Power Steering

Bolt thing that holds airbox on snapped off (wtf!?) so it will need a supercheap pod filter or something... otherwise all there.

Running significantly better than it was... actually runs reasonably well but still using more gas than it should for some reason... Truth be told I have just decided we hate each other and I can't stand the sight of it anymore so I'm giving up on it! Honestly it probably doesn't really need more than a bit of time/patience to get it running right and be reliable but I'm out of patience with it so I'm getting shot of it... plenty of fish in the sea etc.

It owes me ~$2400 (paid $1800 for it, spent another 600 or so on bits to get it freshened up /going)

I know I will take a hit on it but make me an offer(happy if I get somewhere close to what I paid for it?).

If you need a run around/parts hauler it would be great as is, if you want a good daily then a bit of tinkering/time will get it there.

Could be open to swaps too... lemme know what ya got



Edit: Has a crack in the bottom corner of the windscreen... shouldn't be an issue but comes with a brand spanking new windscreen just in case...

Ok, tuning seems to be more or less sussed although it still sometimes plays up a little when cold... anyway, it is close and isn't chewing through gas.

Anyway, I had a man come around to swap out the broken windscreen... however there is too much rust in it for him to reattach (safely) the new screen.

I didn't know there was any rust there at all as it wasn't visible from the outside at all.

So who wants a cheap ute? needs a lump of metal welded in along the bottom of the windscreen, I have a screen for it and the novus man said he will come out and fit it up so no hassle there, you buy and fix, I will call novus man to fit a screen. you sell for max profit/keep as parts hauler?

I dunno, I'm over it

$1000 cash? or swap for a cheap legal daily, I just need something that isn't this... what ya got? make an offer.
