I have a 2.8 SWB pajero with the lsd rear, and was wanting to know if there are any open centres that can be welded and swapped with the lsd, and if there are any options to put a lsd in the front

LSD won't fit in front without major mods. Welding the rear diff isn't the smartest move but if your keen to ruin it you can get open diffs, not that common though.
