Did brushes and bearings in the starter on my Bighorn. $45 and a few hours labour and its like new again. Wish I had done it months ago.....

just got back, nice drive around ocean beach, couldnt go far as the tracks washed out. meet CCVC coming from the wellington side who also decided to turn back and go the way they came as it wasnt worth all the spade work, nor getting stuck with the tide at out wheels.
pics to come

Fitted my 2nd battery tray. Time to look at battery controllers - tempted to start with a simple physical switch and then do some more research on controllers. Anyone here running an electronic controller?
