Ok here goes

Took it to the diff shop and same thing......
Any ideas?

I think they're hard to unlock on the bench. I test by assembling locker tooth on tooth then seeing if I can rotate each side to lock it.

as long as there is room for it to unlock you will be fine. if you can push back the half by hand to unlock it then it will be fine.

The distance between the two cams 0.146
It recommends 0.145-0.165
So just put it all back in and take it out for a play.... ?

If the lokka is working properly you will hear it click when turning on the seal, and two wheel marks on grass when you put your foot down.
You can also test that it is unlocking by putting a small piece of tape on each of the rear wheels and going for a drive, on seal, turn some corners and the pieces of tape should no longer line up.

excellent

standard oil is fine. some go for a thicker oil to quieten down the noise. ie go from 80w90 to 80w140. tho i wouldn't use thick oil if your in snow country.

Welcome to the world of positive front traction!
Just avoid off-camber scenarios, and if the CVs start to bind (click), back off. This will typically happen at full droop when you are uphill, stuck, so maybe worth checking that the upper bumpstops are still there. So long as CVs stay within working angles, its all good.
For years ARB refused to make a locker for the R180 on the basis of strength, but aftermarket demand became so high that they gave in.
I think its plenty strong, you have to really be giving it some love to break it. (speaking from open R180 exp., not locked)
