P38 Range Rover replacement key in Christchurch

I've got a P38 Range Rover (1997 - 4.6HSE), that I'm looking for a spare remote key for (have one - want a pair), and was wondering if anyone new who can do them in Christchurch, apart from the Land Rover dealers. Reason I ask - one dealer has quoted $750 inc gst - where as the Key Doctor in Auckland can do them for $350 - but needs the vehicle.
