Pajero series 2 92 Pto winch Bumper

I need to build a bumper for a PTO winch i am mounting on my Pajero. I have everything to run the winch just need a bumper to mount it, i dont see the point in re inventing the wheel as it were. I dont have the tools to do it myself.
