Hi does anyone know what this is for? I noticed today that a couple of the hoses were off and one seems to be missing. It's a '93 UBS69 4JG2 Bighorn

Likely the cold start warmup system. Check for loose hoses to make sure you don't have a leak. Probably just disconnected the crappy warmup system.
