Something wet and black.

Seriously though are you brushing it or spraying it? And what's your budget.

Its all about the prep. This paints too good to waste with bad prep
Theres 2 stages of P0R15 prep . Marine clean and some other metal ready stuff. Not the cheapest but impressive results
Do it once , do it right

United Paints Unichem satin black. Reasonable price, nice finish and dries quickly. Have to prime it first tho
CRC Black zinc is another good product, just more pricey.
Whatever you use make sure the surface your painting is spotless and well sanded to give the paint something to grip too.
