Terrano electrical issue.

Hey guys. Spent a bit of time yesterday removing manifold etc to get rif of the EGR system on my terrano, clean out the inlet manifold etc etc, and also had the instrument cluster surround off.
Had to move it this morning with no manifold etc fitted.
did that. no prob. (had to jump start it, though, as I left the interior light on all night). Had no issue jumping it. done it a million times. no sweat.
put it all back together but now the charge light wont go out. also on is the fuel sedimentor light, and the a/t temp light. I imagine this is because it doesn't sense any charge, however, alternator is producing charge.
Are there any fusible links eetc that mat have blown to cause this?
Had battery unhooked for a bit today. Have checked all the alternator plgus and fuses under the dash.
Bit miffed on this one!
