Hilux wont start...

Hey Guys / Girls

I recently (about 1 1/2 months ago) did a diesel pump swap on my truck a 1989 2.4 2l-t toyota hilux surf and had troubles starting it as well turned out to be an air lock which i've since sorted. Its been great since then the odd rough start a puff of smoke on start up but other than that works fine.

I go to start it today... nothing it just wont turn over / fire. I have checked the battery its fine, i have done the same as i did to clear the airlock last time.

I'm not very good with diesels but could it possibly be the glow plugs or the injectors?? Any ideas would be much apprieciated.

If it wont turn over then its not injectors or glowies, need to look at battery cables and check connections arent corroded or loose, then check starter motor. See how ya go.
