Just putting a factory Cruiser Cable locker in the back of my truck (80 Series Diff).
I need a long spline axle for the passenger side (long side axle) - can anyone let me know who can make one or where I could buy?
Thanks.

Re: Long spline axle - Landcruiser
Are you sure that jt the long side that you are after?
I say this due to the dact that i have a short side 80 axle with the way extra long spline on it.
Anyway asuming that one of us here is correct i have the long spline axle and dont need it due to installing a air locker into the the diff
We could do a swapcies

Ha, wonder if I have this wrong... was the long side in the front... might be the short side in the rear...
Didn't trust myself to get the backlash right so will let you know when I get the diff head back. Cheers.

Re: Long spline axle - Landcruiser
kricky my spelling sucks,,,
i was using my phone and spell check doesn't highlight the mistakes like on a pc
my bad,
anyway check it out and let me know, i will only swap for O.E gear though.
as it looks like the extra length in the axle isn't going to foul anything it the airlocker unit i was going to leave it alone otherwise the trusty 9inch would of had a little job to do....
good that i didn't ah
