I have a early series 2a with a Holden 173 in it currently using a Holley 350 carb (too big and leaks everywhere)

I have the original manifold and Stromberg Bendix carb and would like to have it overhauled before fitting it. Missing a couple of bits: the vacuum control pipe inlet connection and the fast idle rod. Need to replace these.

Cant find anyone online in Dunedin who specialises in carburettor rebuilds.

Anyone got any ideas. Might try to do it myself by buying a rebuild kit but not sure where to get one or the missing parts.

Sorted! Got rebuild kit from Repco. Found a guy to rebuild it. Fixed leaky Holley. Stripped bolts and threads in pump chamber. Glued it back together with polyurethane glue as a temporary fix. Surprised myself. It actually held and doesn't leak.

want to sell the holley? or swap for a good cond stromberg?
