im fixing up a pajero for a mate and its pinking and when it is hot it gets worse after changing timing belt.
pulled it to bits again and had a good look. there seems to be 2 timing marks on bottom crank, theres a tooth and a half different between them.
I pulled pully off and the rollpins that hold senser plate on were bit munched. so ill admit I must of stuffed up somewhere.
now I need to know if the to marks should line up or not, as there is 2 pair of holes in the plate and the ones I think it was does not seem right.
