hilux swap 2 5vz

hey all my name is james.anyone got any experience in swapping these motors,what i want to do is buy a later hilux whith the 3.4 v6 and swap anything that will fit to my hilux/motor/ box/transfer/wiring/or maybe swap my cab to the chassis ,any help would be apreceiated,thanks james
