Hi,

Thinking of getting a Vizsla - Hungarian hunting dog. They are pointers / seekers and make excellent deer dogs.
My mate has one and his is just awesome. Great with kids too etc.....
I was wondering if anyone else has good or bad things to say about them before I make my mind up......
His is the only one I have ever been near and I don't know if his is typical of the breed or if he just hit it lucky!
Cheers,

Matt

Make sure its actually from decent hunting lines. There are plenty around that claim to be, yet some unfortunately are not. I've judged a number of them in hunting tests that I wouldn't even bother feeding! There are however, some crackers around.
