Just after a bit of info. Is it possible to change the 2tz-fze from east - west motor to a north - south motor. If so does anyone know what issue/problems there may be in trying this conversion. Ive already got a 22R in the Surf so Im hoping it may be fairly straight forward. Any advice would be much appreciated.

if its the motor i think it is its already a north-south engine. but its a flat 4 eg its laying on its side. not really suitable in standard config due to all the weight being on one side. ie engine, driver, fuel tank would all be on drivers side in the surf.
the engine would have to be tilted upright. not sure how viable that is. oil system and water system would have to be sorted. as well as mounts, sump alternator, powersteer etc all custom made.
a supra engine or 1uz would be far easier and cheaper to fit.

So yours would be RN130 then?
The 2tz-fze- thats previa/lucida motor right?
Tweakes right, they lay on their side in them (in N-S configuration), and would be nothing short of a headache to fit.
Any reason not to just fit supercharger off one onto your existing 22r?
Could probably be the easy way of getting more power, and might save you from having to change your username
