HZJ76 (2000-2006)

I wonder if there are any in NZ? Do you guys know anyone who managed to import one? I heard somewhere about law change and somehow it's quite impossible to import one of these.
It's not the 1990-1995 HZJ77. HZJ76 is front coil sprung and rear leaf with 5 stud wheel pattern. HZJ77 is front and rear leaf sprung and 6 stud wheel pattern.
