axle seal not motor oil diff gear oil mixed with axle grease coming out from behind the knuckle seal.

I'd guess axle seal. It will be easier than the vids given its a rear axle seal. Just download a good service manual or manufacturer manual and its all covered.

so its leaking on your 'tyre'

I would be looking to see where its leaking from as you may have spilt some oil inside and its leaking through the floor

otherwise I have no real answer to this question as theres absolutely no reason why there should be oil anywhere near your tyres unless of course you are a boy racer at heart and this is how you get the tyres to spin up for a burnout

I have had this problem.
It goes like this. Park car on a sideways slope, go for a walk. come back and drive home. Get out and get a beer. look at car. "OMG there's oil on the tyre."
PANIC!!!!

Then ask around and realize that its a ridged axle and the stupid diff oil can leak straight out the end if the seal is worn. Oil on the tyre is from when you drove home and it spread all over the place.

Solution: Replace oil seals in hub and repack the wheel bearing with grease.

i would be checking rear caliper for a seal leak personally as a priority (will usually leak directly onto tyre when parked on the flat), then look for ''other issues'' get the oil that has leaked on you finger and smell it, there is a clear difference between diff oil and brake fluid.

caliper seal kits are cheap and easy to fit, makes sense to do both..
