Prado 90 front brakes

Can anyone confirm the front disc's on a 90 series prado ( the first of the IFS ones ) are 22mm thick ?
One web site says they are 20mm and two say they are 22mm .
Seems most Surfs etc are 20mm , so figured prado's would have been the same .
