I noticed my track bar rubbing and after further inspection saw the upper control arm bushes are poked and the whole front diff is leaning forward maybe 5 degrees. I've got all the parts ready to do the locked HPD30 swap and will replace the whole upper arms (http://www.ebay.com/itm/JEEP-WRANGLER-T ... 47&vxp=mtr) and was thinking Ill go for adjustable lower arms.
My question is do I need to go for adjustable upper arms too? I don't intend to go over 3" spring lift?
Adj control arms top and bottom?
Re: Adj control arms top and bottom?
You don't necessarily need adjustable upper arms but you can do with stronger ones. The standard upper arm can collapse and cause a lot of damage to the driveshaft and transfer case when they break.

Thanks TJ - Pulled the trigger on their 8 arm set as they were running a 10% discount and free shipping. Now to get the diff rebuilds done, sort out gearing and maybe get a run in this summer. Hey you wouldn't know the whereabouts of a reco'd D44 LSD with 3.55's would ya? Or a set of 3.55 gears for the D44 currently running 3.07's in my TJ?
