Re: Wtd m90 supercharger
Mate recently got an M90 off ebay for about $180.
His one ended up being a rear inlet mount type one which did not really suit his flathead V8 application. Bought it, installed it beautifully and the car goes well! His intake fabrication mods were cheaper than the ideal blower.
I understand the 90 is made for a 3.8.
What is the 110 capacity?
Anyone know what is the correct size title M... for a petrol 2.0? I am wanting to blow a rallycar at the mo.
P.S. Bat, I got told today by a very competent engine builder,
(He tuned Numbers 2 & 3 at Taupo) that it is critical to have a tensioner on the belt drive that gives enough, to take up the slack generated when the blower goes from being driven, to driving, via the blowers own inertia. I.E when the engine goes from accelerating hard, to then engine braking. If you don't have this, the belt shreds very quickly.
