Help: Rangie Classic front axle CV spacer & bush.

Just going through my machine's front swivels (see my other post here) and i've noticed how knackered the bronze bushes and CV spacers are. The spacer was really chewed up on one side and one bush has been well beaten up probably from a detonating CV....

I've cleaned off the sharp deformed lip on the parts in the photo thinking this might be a good idea but the question is their width sure looks to be way off now that they're all so worn. The manual says install new bronze bushes in a rebuild. Mine are 10.6mm and 11mm, the spacers 7.8mm and 7.75mm. I don't know original sizes...
I might be just being real picky (some would say anal) on this sort of vehicle. This is my road legal rear engined 'Jeep' body project. Do i spring for new parts or what?.... What have you guys done during any axle repair work this?
