My mate is after a 3.3 nissan deisel motor to replace his stuffed 1 in his little digger. does anyone have 1 or would possibly know what they came in.

3.3 6 cylinder? SD33, came in older leaf spring MK/MQ Patrols and Safaris. If you could get a pic it would be pretty useful, could also be a 3.2 4 cylinder QD32?

If it is a 4cyl it is more likely to be from the BD of FD family which are all truck engines.

definately 6 cylinder. does anyone have a sd33 they willing to get rid of.

The last of the safaris with that motor were back in 1988 so they are getting bloody old. Best bet would be finding a rusty one and pull the motor out, they rust really bad.
Or get on the phone to wreckers and engine importers.

my mate will only need motor. what price u want and how much to freight to ashburton or to get it to picton as my mate my drive n pick it up.

I have one in my old parts truck - has done 330kms and been sitting for most of the last 7 years but started and ran smooth last time I drove it. I am in Dunedin.
