suzuki 5 stud to toyota 6 stud wheel adapters

im looking for wheel adapter plates for my zooky so i can fit my ute 6 stud wheels on. Iv had a look around trade me but havnt found any. Are they out there im sure iv seen them some were

About $90 each and from memory they are 38mm thick so they are grunty
