hey i have a 2lte surf thats converted to be non efi, it ran mint for 2months while i owned it. ran into an issue with cut fuel solinoid so i fixed it and away it went. recently started to cut out and drop revs up the beach, so id get out and drain fuel filter a bit and it would go again for a few hours but started getting worse and now it only does it when it gets hot but draining it doesnt fix it anymore i have to leave it to cool down. the injector pump leaks when cold but a 2min drive usually fixes it. it tends to slowly drop speed when it happens and then idles rough and usualy stalls, no idea why but need help.
also my brakes dont work, foot goes flat to floor and even a few pumps only make it a tiny bit firm and makes the hand brake light come on. ive tried bleeding it with no change in performance what so ever.
PLEASE HELP ME

at a guess the leak at the pump is letting air in to pump causing it to run ruff as for brakes look at each wheel and check for fluid leak ?

handbrake light coming on usually means no fluid in the master cylinder.
engine problem......does the primer pump up hard ?
it sounds like its sucking in air and air locking the fuel. fix the leaking seal or reco the pump.

primer doesnt get fully hard only a bit firmer, the brakes dont leak at all. ive heard of using a non return valve on the primer pump. ill replace the fuel lines and see if i can find any air leaks.

How much fluid is in your brake fluid reservoir, if it is very low or empty you will have air in you brake lines so will need to refill and bled your brakes.
If your fuel pump isn't going hard when you pump it up then there is most likely a leak in your lines or in the fuel filter housing, the pump can crap out and let air in too. I have recently replaced my pump/filter housing with a new one as I my engine was hard to start, and ran rough on start up. New fuel filter and pump/filter housing pretty much cured it.

i removed both lines from the brake master cylinder and replaced with bolts to block it, the pedal was firmer but could still push to floor with ease and fluid level was dropping. what part commonly brakes? is it the master cylinder or the booster? also does the 3l injector pump seal kit fit the 2lt injector pumps? and how hard are they to replace

Sounds like your master cylinder is bypassing at the seals. Get a new one as the cost of recon is often close to the same. The bore often will go oval and the seals fail.

replaced master cylinder with 2nd hand good condition one, filled with fluid and put 2 bolts in the holes for brake lines to test it without having to bleed it. but there was no pressure, foot goes to floor but pedal springs back still. what now? im out of ideas

I wouldn't be relying on your method of checking the master cylinder. Its possible to get air in the master cylinder which will cause your problem.
Its worth bench bleeding the master and then bleeding it at the master once installed to get all the air out.
