1994 SWB horn??

Hey guys im new to this site.
Have a issue with my horn it only works wen the
Key is off or pulled out and not wen it is on or the
Car is running.

where you located ? I would check the elay if it has one ? and if that's working and power there id say the feed ( power supply ) for it has some how become fucked up ? new stereo? or some rough bit of wwireing ?

Sounds like there's some wiring crossed up in there. The horn has power to it all the time, the horn button earths the circuit causing it to go.
