quicksteel on exhaust leaks?

my exhaust is nearing the end of its life but dont wana drop coin on a shitty car

ive got crc exhaust cement which works well,but ive also got some quick steel at home.

i assume this will crack with the heat right? or can you use quick steel to fix fill the hole

thanks mate, got my cousin coming to work his magic shortly, this is just a temp fix so i dont sound like a boyracer in an auto

you can get an exhaust putty called thermosteel and it is designed for fixing the cracks in exhausts. It will last a while but welding is a better fix.
