Mazda WL-T using coolant

Since 2 weeks ago, my wagon (ford courier 4x4) started using coolant (probably about 1-1.5L a week), cant seem to see any leaks anywhere. I've given the radiator a pressure test a a flush but no leakage. Where else could the coolant be going.
I know these things are good for cracking cylinder heads but could some of you guys give m some tips on where else to look?
Cheers in advance

Does it steam excessively in the morning from the tail pipe?
How old is the radiator cap? is it still holding the correct pressure?
Is it an auto or a manual...if an auto have you checked the trans for milky substance(also depends if the trans cooler runs through the bottom tank of the radiator.)
Turbo? are the water lines to it in good nick cracked or perished?
if no then do a leak down test on the cylinders.

Yea it does smoke a bit in the mornings from starting come think of it. Considering i replaced the glow plugs less than a month ago
There's no excessive water in the expansion tank so that kind of rules out the radiator cap, and its a manual.

Reckon you could define "hydraulics"?

My engine is having the same symptom as yours. How'd you get on with this in the end?

head gasket. and sounds like its gone between either 1-2 or 3-4 pushing the coolant between the two cylinders. also very likely why it still turns over and hasn't hydro locked.
Don't be surprised when you remove the head the some of the headbolts are loose or easy to undo.
